Matsutaki is highly prized in Asia, and is one of the largest exports of fungus in British Columbia. It's medicinal values are not well known, but some indigenous tribes have claimed it to be a powerful medicine and continue to use it to this day. Matsutaki is harvested and in stock while in season.
